Site Manager HVAC & Electrical
ABN Cleanroom Technology is a healthy and rapidly growing family business that operates internationally in the world of cleanroom technology. We carry out projects throughout Europe and are pioneers in sustainable and modular cleanroom solutions.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a site manager with strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of our construction sites, both in Belgium and abroad, from the very start.
About the Job
As a site manager, you are the key figure on the construction site. You coordinate the technical execution of our cleanroom projects and manage subcontractors and suppliers within the disciplines of HVAC, air treatment, cooling, electrical engineering, and automation.
- You ensure that the installations are carried out correctly and according to schedule.
- You closely monitor quality and technical specifications.
- You maintain communication with project management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- You oversee safety, planning, and efficiency.
Because we build cleanrooms throughout Europe, monitoring construction sites abroad is an integral part of this position. You are the technical engine that drives our international projects to successful completion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Technology (or equivalent through experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating or managing technical construction sites (HVAC / electrical).
- Knowledge of cleanroom or industrial projects is a plus.
- You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and practically minded.
- You possess natural leadership and can efficiently manage teams and subcontractors.
- Hands-on mentality: you also help with minor technical adjustments.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (technical tools are a plus).
- Willingness to travel regularly abroad (EU).
- Good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and English, French is an asset.
