About the Job
As a Senior Project Manager Cleanrooms, you are involved in the design, realization, and maintenance of complex challenges in laboratories, hospitals, biotech & pharma, food production, research, and high-tech companies. You are responsible for the management, coordination, and successful completion of cleanroom projects in the BENELUX and beyond. You work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to deliver modular cleanroom solutions built on our ADAPTUS® platform and our CTO+ approach (Configure-to-Order+). You ensure that the final project execution is carried out in a reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient manner. You show initiative in challenging our stakeholders, such as partners and clients, to achieve the very best results.
We are looking for someone with experience who knows the ropes and can inspire others not only to act but also to think. How do we deliver the best quality and optimize our processes along the way? You actively contribute to the further development of our CTO+ philosophy and the ADAPTUS® platform, helping to take the standardization and efficiency of our projects to the next level. From contributing to pre-sales discussions to aligning the budget with finance and managing project teams on-site, everything is covered.
Skills & Qualifications
- Several years of experience managing complex projects at various client locations within a technical and controlled environment. Whether it's 3 or 10 years doesn't matter; your potential is what counts for us.
- You have a (technical) Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the field and have experience with cleanroom environments OR very strong knowledge of HVAC.
- Although you know the cleanroom environment well, you want to learn every day, and the motto "lifelong learning" suits you.
- You are not deterred by occasional international projects (Europe – max. 25%); you even find international experiences very challenging.
- You can manage both internal teams and external subcontractors in such a way that efficient and high-quality delivery is possible.
- You are communicative and can communicate both verbally and in writing in English and Dutch. Speaking French is a plus.
