About the Job
As a Senior Project Manager Cleanrooms, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of modular cleanroom projects, from design through to delivery, across the BENELUX region and beyond. You lead projects in environments such as laboratories, hospitals, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food production, and high-tech research facilities.
In this role:
- You manage the planning, budget, and execution of multiple complex projects.
- You coordinate internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality and sustainable cleanroom solutions.
- You ensure a reliable, safe, and cost-efficient execution of every project.
- You take initiative to challenge stakeholders constructively and guide them toward the best possible outcome.
- You contribute to pre-sales discussions and support the commercial phase with technical insights.
- You align budgets with finance and monitor progress, risks, and quality throughout the project.
- You lead project teams on site and create clarity, structure, and collaboration.
- You continuously seek process optimizations and ways to further strengthen our modular approach.
Skills & Qualifications
- Several years of experience managing complex projects within a technical and controlled environment.
- A Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with knowledge of cleanroom environments or strong HVAC expertise.
- A proactive learning mindset and a strong drive for continuous self-development.
- Willingness to take on international projects.
- Ability to efficiently lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Entrepreneurship and a strong sense of ownership are part of your DNA.
