About the Job
As an Automation Engineer, you strengthen our automation team and play a key role in the further growth of our cleanroom activities, both nationally and internationally.
- You develop and implement automation solutions based on functional analyses and PLC programming.
- You work with various fieldbus systems and contribute to setting the standard for reliable cleanroom installations.
- You contribute to Industry 4.0 applications, including the development of API structures.
- You combine a hands-on approach with a structured, process-driven way of working.
- You support the start-up and commissioning of cleanroom projects both domestically and internationally.
- You work according to our modular approach and configure “building blocks” to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- You maintain oversight of functional, technical, and quality requirements within projects.
- You work from our headquarters in Bilzen and travel occasionally within Europe.

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for an analytically strong and driven Automation Engineer who takes ownership and is eager to grow within an innovative environment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Electromechanics), or have equivalent experience.
- A specialization in Automation is a plus.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met HVAC-projecten.
- You work in a structured manner and have strong analytical skills.
- You demonstrate leadership and remain calm under pressure.
- You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
